CHANGE STARTS WITH MINDSET.
Mindset change can be brought about by sensitivity to different perspectives. We gain these perspectives through three-way-empathy - a) empathy for CEO to gain the business value or $$ perspective, b) empathy for staff & stakeholders to gain perspective of partners who will deliver the solution and most important c) empathy for customers' to gain insights into what is cardinal to them. The solution often lies at intersection of these perspectives.
Our consulting projects always begin with user research, where qualitative and ethnographic methods are employed.
Insights extracted from research inform the design of co-creation sessions at key strategy formulating and alignment stages.
