  • Founded in 2012 in Singapore, we have been helping organisations actualise innovation for last 12 years.

    We serve our ASEAN and India clients from Singapore, and our European clients from Frankfurt, Germany.

    We offer six kind of services - Research, Consulting, Workshops, Executive Education, Playbooks and Keynotes.

    Our consulting services are in four areas - Innovation design, Service design, Culture design and Brand design.

    We have a multicultural and multi-dextrous team with varied backgrounds, education and experiences.

    Our team is spread across ASEAN region, India and Europe.

    We have worked with broadly three types of clients - Government, Small and Medium Enterprises and Large Corporations.

    We have been consistently appointed on multiple Government grant panels that support innovation in organisations.

    Each type of engagement can be delivered independently or as a stack of services, building on each other. It all depends on your needs and a mutually agreed upon pathway after our preliminary assessment and discussion with your leadership team.

    1. RESEARCH → UNMET AND UNARTICULATED NEEDS OF CUSTOMER ARE A SOURCE OF INNOVATION.

    2. CONSULTANCY → SOLUTIONS TO ACTUALISE INNOVATION.


      Such engagements result in a solution. The solution can be in the form of a product or service, a business strategy, a way of working, or a business model. When the problems are fuzzy and solutions require in-depth research to diagnose your problems or build on opportunities, we come in as your consulting partners to work along with you to develop solutions.     3. WORKSHOPS → TAILORED WORKSHOPS FOR SPECIFIC OUTCOMES.

      Such engagements are in the form of custom-designed workshops to achieve a specific outcome. There are times when you know what you want, and you need facilitative help to bring in stakeholders to address an issue at hand in a structured and time bound manner to deliver a desired outcome.     4. EXECUTIVE EDUCATION → BRIDGING THE CAPABILITY GAP.

      Such engagements are in the form of training and workshops that help you build new skills, learn new tools and concepts. Our training programmes / courses are hands-on, interactive and concepts are learnt through practice. Our training programmes help you to learn a common language of innovation and build expertise and organisational capacity to actualise innovation.     5. PLAYBOOKS → ARTEFACTS THAT ENABLE CHANGE.

      Such engagements result in customised playbooks, toolkits, gamified cards and other artefacts that help people in your organisation get a guide and handholding while the solution is being implemented. We are a bunch of people that thrives on quest for new knowledge. Pursuit of knowledge has guided our decision to invest our time and resources in research projects and initiatives MetaSkills Research Lab, Centre for Foresight Research and Consultancy to dig deeper into cutting edge concepts.

    LEARNING (EDUCATION).

    We translate knowledge into teachable / learnable forms. We are driven by our quest to make learning current and seamless. We develop new ways in which people learn and absorb knowledge. This pillar is an expression of our pursuit of designing new ways and modes of learning. We work progressively and iteratively to build learning programmes in disciplines like innovation, future services, culture, future of work and future skills. We have two key sources of knowledge that fuel innovative content for our education arm:

    APPLICATION (CONSULTING).

    Consultancy is expression of our pursuit to operationalise learning in the real world scenarios. We have been continuously building expertise in areas of innovation, services, culture and skills. Consulting is where our real action is. We also consider this a real life research laboratory which also acts as a source of new and unexpected insights on application and manifestation of Human-Centred-Consulting.
