Founded in 2004, Herbal Pharm is a leading Singaporean nutraceutical brand dedicated to helping customers achieve a healthier lifestyle through all-natural products. Project Objective

The objective of this project was to understand the unmet needs of new customer segments* and uncover opportunities for Herbal Pharm to engage them and make a place in their hearts and wallets.

Our initiative focuses on expanding customer and market segments, positioning the brand as a mass-market entity, thus, we crafted a cohesive business roadmap and transformation strategy tailored to Herbal Pharm’s objectives.

  • Insights Writing - Analysing and making sense of raw information from industry and trends research, customer and employee interviews and synthesising into coherent insights.

  • Prioritisation and Roadmap - We prioritised initiatives to create an actionable roadmap and guiding implementation. The designed roadmap strategy proposes initiatives to assist management in decision-making regarding target market segments and strategic directions.
